Note: There are delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Shipping fee: Free Shipping fee Over $69.99
For orders between $0.00 and $15.98, the shipping fee fee is $12.99
For orders between $15.99 and $69.98, the shipping fee fee is $8.99
Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.But the longest time will not exceed 30 days. You can contact us by email at any time to solve your problem.
We are fully responsible for the loss, damage, and delay of the package during transportation; if the buyer chooses another carrier, the buyer must bear the responsibility for the transportation process.
